The staff was very polite and well behaved ...all of thier staff helped us with our luggage..the food was very tasty ...the rooms,kitchen was very clean ...there was proper room service ...a waiting place on each floor ..the manager always offered us coldrinks and tea when we met ..the washrooms were nice,clean and maintained ..there was a cupboard,2 chairs with round table near a window which was an amazing place to sit during evenings..I really recommend you all ..must try!! A great experience and the staff is very trustworthy..you can leave all your luggage for them to settle without any worries
Very good hotel, Nice window views, Very tasty food, Fast service ...We stayed there for more than 3 days with family and enjoyed a lot....there was no compromise from hoteliers in terms of special treatment as well as we had a baby of 1.5 yrs. The Hill Queen Retreat is one of my favorite stops in Manali. I have been coming to the ISA fall conference for the past several years. This Inn is very clean and accommodating. The front desk staff was very helpful and quick. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet is excellent.
